1. Who we are
jobsindubai.ae is a job-listings website operated by Whole Digital L.L.C-FZ, a company licensed in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We publish job vacancies collected from employers' own public careers pages and link users directly to those employers to apply.
We are the data controller responsible for the limited personal data collected through this website, and we process it in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL").
2. What this website does and does not collect
We keep our collection of personal data to a minimum.
We collect:
- Email address, only if you choose to sign up for job alerts.
- Contact details and message content, only if you contact us through our contact page or by email.
- Technical and usage data, collected automatically when you visit the site (see Section 6).
We do not collect:
- We do not accept, request, store or process CVs, résumés, job applications or candidate profiles on this website.
- When you apply for a job, you leave our site and apply on the employer's own careers page. Any personal data you submit there is handled by that employer under their own privacy policy, not ours.

Where we rely on your consent, you give it freely when you submit your details, and you can withdraw it at any time (see Section 8). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Job alerts
If you sign up for job alerts, we use your email address only to send you job-vacancy notifications. We do not sell your email address. Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or by emailing hello@jobsindubai.ae.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website, and only as needed to provide the service:
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers, to serve the site.
- Email delivery providers, to send job-alert and reply emails.
- Analytics providers, to understand how the site is used.
These providers act on our instructions as data processors. We also may disclose personal data where required by applicable UAE law, regulation or a lawful request from a competent authority.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the website and to measure traffic and usage. Some are necessary for the site to function; others are used for analytics. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
7. International data transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside the United Arab Emirates. - Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Restrict or object to our processing of your data.
- Request transfer of your data (data portability).
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@jobsindubai.ae. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
9. How long we keep your data
- Job-alert email addresses: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Contact enquiries: kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Technical and usage data: kept for a limited period for security and analytics.
10. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep the limited data we hold protected.
11. Children
This website is intended for adults seeking employment. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
