jobsindubai.ae is operated by Whole Digital L.L.C-FZ, a company licensed in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is

jobsindubai.ae is a job-listings website. We collect job vacancies published on employers' own public careers pages and present them in one place so you can find them more easily. We are an independent website and an information service only.

We are not a recruitment agency, employment agency or labour-supply company. We do not recruit, place or hire candidates, we do not act as an intermediary between you and any employer, and we do not manage applications. When you apply for a job, you do so directly with the employer on their own website.

3. Applying for jobs

  • Every listing links to the employer's own careers page, where the application takes place.
  • Any information you provide during an application is submitted to, and handled by, that employer, under their terms and privacy policy, not ours.
  • We are not a party to, and take no responsibility for, any application, interview, offer, contract or decision between you and an employer.

4. No fees to job seekers

Using jobsindubai.ae is free. We never charge job seekers to view listings or to apply.

Warning: legitimate employers and the UAE process do not ask job seekers to pay fees to secure a job, a visa or an interview. If any listing or any party contacting you asks you to pay money to get a job, treat it as suspicious and do not pay. You can report concerns to us at hello@jobsindubai.ae.

5. Accuracy of listings

We take reasonable care to keep listings current, and we refresh them regularly from employers' careers pages. However:

  • Listings are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any vacancy is current, accurate, complete, still open, or that the employer will respond.
  • A job may be filled or withdrawn by the employer before our site updates.
  • We do not verify, endorse or guarantee any employer, vacancy, salary, benefit or statement in a listing.

You are responsible for checking the details of any role directly with the employer before applying or making any decision.

6. Acceptable use

When using this website you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable UAE law.
  • Scrape, harvest, copy or systematically extract listings or other content except as expressly permitted.
  • Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
  • Misuse any contact or alert feature, including sending spam or false information.

7. Job alerts

If you sign up for job alerts, we will send job-vacancy emails to the address you provide. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any alert email or by emailing hello@jobsindubai.ae. How we handle your email address is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The jobsindubai.ae name, branding, design, layout and original content are owned by or licensed to Whole Digital L.L.C-FZ and are protected by applicable law. Job vacancy details remain the property of the respective employers. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce or exploit the site's content commercially without our permission.

The site links to external websites, including employers' careers pages and other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, practices or privacy policies of those websites. Following an external link is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
